The second Youth Circuit event and the second chance to qualify for the Central Coast High School Championship team event will be held at UCSB on Saturday, January 23. It is sure to be a great event.

See you all there!
2016 has already been a busy year for fencing. Check out AskFred for results for the Central Coast New Years Foil and the Highlanders’ Three-Weapon Unrated tournaments. Thanks to the organizers of these events and to everyone who came out to fence or help.
Presidio Fencing is hosting an Open Foil tournament at Dunn School in Los Olivos on Saturday, January 2. The event will be run “Santa Barbara Style” which means after pools, the top 50% move on to DEs while the bottom 50% starts a whole new tournament. This format is designed to maximize fencing for competitors of all skill levels. Plus it will be the first opportunity of the year to earn those 2016 ratings! More information and pre-registration is on AskFred.
The first Youth Circuit event of the season was fenced this weekend at Dunn School in Los Olivos. At the same time, we also kicked off the new Central Coast High School league with a qualifying event for the spring Championships.
Results from the Youth Circuit and High School events are available online.
The points list for the Youth Circuit is also online.
See everyone in January!
The first clinic of the season is being rescheduled from Saturday, October 10 to Saturday, October 17, due to the heat wave. We believe everyone will have a much better time fencing all day in more seasonable temperatures. See you all on the 17th!
Our first Circuit event was held in Los Olivos and the results are in. Congratulations to our winners and we’ll see you in Santa Barbara for our next event in 2015!
